Taiwanese Moon cake

Another week is almost over. I am glad things are coming along well, but I am really runny out of patience with the way people work here. Timeline and quality of work is really not up to standard.

On a better note, I went to a demo from a  local famous chef/lecturer on Saturday afternoon. I have uploaded some of the pictures here. The yellow flacky moon cake is filled with chestnut and lotus paste and the red one is filled with black dates and walnut. Lastly, the flat one is sesame and nut mooncake, which is chinese puff pastry filled with a special candied melon, nuts and cheese mixture.

I really need to do something soon... maybe I should start catering for small parties like I used to do in Melbourne. Will all my friends give me some suggestions. Thank you all.

Stay healthy and keep eating.....
